Meet the Doctor

Dr. Dornn graduated from the University of Manitoba with a honours degree in microbiology. He attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, graduating in 1997 with his Doctor of Optometry degree. He worked in Denver, Colorado until 1998 and returned to Winnipeg in that same year co-founding Dornn Eye Care with his wife Cindy in 2003.

Dr. Dornn is a member in good standing with the Manitoba Association of Optometrists, Canadian Association of Optometrists, and the American Optometric Association. He is board certified in Canada, as well as the United States

About The Clinic

Dornn Eye Care and Optical Gallery is located at 1847 Portage Avenue (corner of Portage and Roseberry Street). They have been serving Winnipeg and the St. James area since April 2003.

Dr. Dornn will provide eye examinations for you and your family to help monitor your eye health and maintain good vision.



Our knowlegeable optical dispensery, with a large selection of frames including Designer Eyewear and Sunglasses, will help you with all your eyewear needs.

We want you to see and look your best. We provide the newest lens technology including a variety of Multifocal lenses, computer lenses, transitions, polarized lenses, single vision and high index lenses depending on your needs.

1. Remove contact lenses before swimming or entering a hot tub.
   
2. See your eye doctor for your regularly scheduled contact lens and eye examination.
